Why we built it
Every team we talked to made the same confession: the guidelines were beautiful, and nobody used them.
The logo lived in one folder, the voice in another doc, the color values in a third, and the current version in someone’s head. Keeping it straight was a person’s side job, and that person was busy. So the checks got skipped, and the brand drifted.
We don’t think the fix is a thicker PDF. It’s a system: one definition, read by everything, enforced without anyone having to ask. That’s Kelvos.
